Key Responsibilities

Call and connect with leads generated through the website and app.

Understand customer requirements, event type, headcount, and budget

Share relevant menus and catering packages based on customer needs

Prepare and send quotations promptly

Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed bookings

Maintain accurate records of calls, quotations, and interactions in CRM/sheets

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order execution and delivery

Resolve customer queries and issues professionally during the sales process

Requirements

Pursuing or completed graduation (any stream)

Strong verbal communication in English/Hindi/Telugu (customer-facing role)

Positive negotiation and follow-up skills

Basic MS Office / Google Sheets knowledge

Prior sales, telecalling, or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.

Comfortable with target-driven, phone-based work

Good to Have

Interest in food, catering, or events industry

Familiarity with CRM tools or lead-tracking sheets
