Role & responsibilities
- Taking care of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial efforts for refrigerants in Mexico & Latin America.
- This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, building robust customer relationships, and expanding market share across diverse and competitive markets.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability
- Targets. Territories to covered are Mexico & Latin America.
- Manage existing key accounts and establish new relationships with distributors, OEMs, and industrial customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements aligned with company policies.
- Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and regulatory developments affecting sales.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead the introduction of new products in coordination with R&D;, Product Management,



and Regulatory teams.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer meetings
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including supply chain, logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide market feedback to support forecasting, inventory planning, and product development.
- Ensure all activities under his/her control and supervision are compliant with all the laws of land and statutory requirement.
- Conduct all operation of function, ensuring social responsibility and accountabilities by following the company guideline of the same.
- Be responsible for ethical operation under his control.
- Be responsible for prevention, detection and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption including breach of code of conduct and other company regulation.
