- Role Overview
Chat360 is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its technology team, oversee product development, and ensure the scalability of AI solutions
The role involves managing projects, mentoring engineers, and working with cross-functional teams to build chatbot technology
- Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers
Oversee product architecture, development, and deployment
Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance
Collaborate with Product and Business teams to align technical and business goals
Drive Agile processes and optimize workflows
Requirements
Robust experience in backend development Node.js, Python, Java, etc
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Knowledge of databases, microservices, and DevOps
Proven leadership and project management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
