Role Overview​
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint, especially in the India & USA market by identifying, engaging, and converting mid-to-large-scale international B2B clients. You'll work closely with the solution design and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and drive new business opportunities for our UX design, branding, and digital services. You’ll also help lay the foundation for a high-performing sales team.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic &international; markets (USA, India, APAC) with a focus on mid-to-large enterprises.




• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through market research, cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and event participation.
• Leverage AI-driven sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and Lusha for lead generation, personalization, and data enrichment.
• Help pitch to prospects and existing clients, understand their needs, and craft tailored proposals by collaborating with the solution design team.
• Present and position UX design, branding, and visual storytelling offerings effectively to business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead the sales process from first touchpoint to deal closure, maintaining a consultative and value-driven sales approach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and sales enablement.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking forums to generate leads and drive a positive ROI.
