Position Summary
The Manager – Transplant Diagnostics will drive commercial growth and provide technical support for the Transplant Diagnostics business for the South Asia market. This techno-commercial role requires a combination of scientific expertise, customer engagement, and business development skills to expand market presence and deliver customer value.



Working closely with cross-functional teams and customer laboratories, the incumbent will support growth initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure technical excellence. Prior experience in Transplant Diagnostics, including knowledge of HLA testing, transplant workflows, and related diagnostic technologies, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the Transplant Diagnostics portfolio.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across transplant centers, hospitals, laboratories, and research institutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), laboratory directors, clinicians, Channel Patners and procurement stakeholders.
Develop territory growth plans and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
