Tech Lead / Senior Developer-6+Years- Bengaluru
We're hiring an AI Developer to join the AI Center of Excellence (COE), building enterprise-grade AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, NLP, OCR, and Azure AI Services. The role focuses on designing scalable, production-ready AI applications for Finance & Accounting automation while collaborating with architects, business analysts, and automation developers.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, NLP, OCR, and Azure AI Services.
2. Build scalable, cloud-native AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
3. Collaborate with AI Architects, Business Analysts, and Automation Developers.
4. Design reusable AI frameworks, prompts, and enterprise-grade AI components.
5. Implement responsible AI practices, logging, testing, CI/CD, and production support.

Requirements:

1.



6+years of software development experience with AI/GenAI.
2. Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI/OpenAI/Claude, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
3. Experience with OCR platforms such as Azure Document Intelligence or equivalent.
4. Strong programming skills in Python and/or .NET/C#.
5. Experience with Azure cloud, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, and responsible AI practices.
