Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and scheduling interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage multiple hiring requirements and maintain recruitment pipelines.
Ensure timely closure of open positions and support the recruitment process through onboarding.
