About the job:
This position is responsible for driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation across the warehousing and transportation network.
The role focuses on optimizing warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes through automation, data driven analysis and standardizing processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring exceptional service delivery at the optimal cost.
Main Responsibilities
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
Drive initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and optimize end-to-end logistics workflows.
Design, standardize, and implement Guidelines and process review monitoring across all distribution centers and transport networks.
Performance Management & Analytics:
Establish, monitor, and report on key logistics metrics (e.g., TAT, Occupancy, cost per case, warehouse utilization).
Develop dashboards and data models to provide actionable insights and visibility into supply chain bottlenecks.
