We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales, client communication, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with prospects.




- Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop winning sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Basic understanding of IT services, AI solutions, or software development is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
