We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and responsible Collection Executive / Dispatch Executive / Field Associate to support our daily operations, customer collections, dispatch activities, and field coordination.

Job Summary

The Collection Executive / Dispatch Executive / Field Associate will be responsible for collecting payments, delivering and dispatching products or documents, coordinating with customers and vendors, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of assigned field activities. The ideal candidate should be punctual, customer-friendly, and willing to travel within Coimbatore and nearby areas.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollection Duties
- Collect payments from customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Issue payment receipts and maintain collection records.




- Deposit collected cash or cheques as per company procedures.
- Follow up on outstanding payments professionally.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation.

Dispatch Duties
- Prepare products, invoices, and delivery documents for dispatch.
- Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners.
- Track dispatched orders and update delivery status.
- Maintain dispatch registers and inventory movement records.

Field Responsibilities
- Visit customers, suppliers, and business partners as assigned.
- Deliver documents, samples, invoices, or products.
- Assist in vendor coordination and procurement activities.
- Support office operations and field verification tasks.
- Handle miscellaneous field assignments as required.

Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily visit reports and activity logs.
- Update management on completed tasks and pending work.
- Report customer fee
