What You Will Be Doing
Product Strategy & Ownership
Own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for multiple enterprise products or capabilities
Drive product discovery to identify opportunities, validate problems, and define solutions
Translate business objectives into product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives
Make thoughtful trade-offs across customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements
Support IT Business Partners in business case development and investment recommendations using insights, business value analysis, and data-driven decision making.
Product Delivery & Execution
Lead products through the full lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery, adoption,
and continuous improvement
Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Architecture, PMO, Testing, Validation and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Own prioritization and backlog decisions while leveraging Business Analysts and delivery partners to drive execution
Monitor product performance and continuously refine priorities based on outcomes and feedback
Stakeholder & Business Leadership
Build robust partnerships across business, operations, technology, and customer-facing teams
Facilitate alignment across business and technology stakeholders to accelerate decision-making and execution.
Influence decisions through clear communication, structured thinking, and data-driven recommendations
Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
