Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior Recruiter
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of
2 years of recruitment experience
, with strong exposure to hiring for
accounting and finance roles
. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Handle recruitment for accounting, finance, and other support roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, skilled networks, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Negotiate compensation and coordinate the offer and joining process with selected candidates.
- Follow up with candidates during the notice period to ensure successful joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
- Support recruitment reporting and track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and offer-to-joining ratio.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in hiring for accounting and finance positions is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Good sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
