Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end IT Change Management process in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Review, assess, approve, and coordinate Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes.
- Conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Perform risk and impact assessments before implementing changes.
- Coordinate with Incident, Problem, Release, and Operations teams to ensure smooth change execution.
- Monitor change implementation, validate successful completion, and ensure proper documentation.
- Analyze failed or unauthorized changes and drive corrective actions.
- Track and report Change Management KPIs, SLA compliance, and change success rates.




- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, audit, and security standards.
