The Opportunity:
We are excited to offer an prospect for a Data Services – Solution Architect to join the Service Integration organization at Hitachi Energy. This role is critical in ensuring predictable, high‑quality delivery across both Service Management (Run) and Agile Delivery (Change & Improve). The Solution Architect owns end‑to‑end solution development and delivery performance for assigned services and products.

How You'll Make an Impact:
Define and execute the ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, ITOM and OT product roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with business and operational objectives.
Lead end-to-end solution creation and development across all Data Services offerings.




Lead architecture activities across Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management, Service Mapping, and AIOps domains.
Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions and delivery roadmaps.
Support prioritization of features, define value cases, and drive successful implementations.
Create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Design and govern integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms, cloud services, monitoring tools, and third-party applications.
Drive CMDB, Service Mapping, and digital product visibility initiatives to improve operational resilience and service management maturity.
Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, platform best practices, and mentoring across global delivery teams.
Continuously improve platform health, security, scalability, and adoption through innovation,
