Job Description

Responsibilities Hands on Salesforce Administrator skills and products knowledge such as Sales Cloud, Service cloud, CPQ.
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Create and manage Reports and Dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
- Handle Sales Teams queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Escalate queries to the appropriate internal teams (Risk, CIP, Tech Teams etc) and implement fixes in a timely manner.
