What you will do:
• Identify, recruit, and onboard current distributor partners aligned with company growth strategy and market expansion goals
•Develop and execute comprehensive distributor partnership agreements, including terms, margins, performance metrics, and exclusivity arrangements




•Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with distributor leadership, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
•Establish performance metrics and KPIs for all distributors; monitor compliance with agreements and sales targets
•Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges
•Provide distributors with training, sales enablement materials, marketing support, and technical resources to maximize their effectiveness
•Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support
•Forecast distributor channel revenue and pipeline; develop action plans to achieve volume and revenue targets
•Manage partner lifecycle, including recruitment, development, performance management, and exit strategy when necessary
•Identify and resolve partner dispute
