Database Architect

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Database Developer with 812 years of expertise in designing, developing, optimizing, and managing enterprise-grade database solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, NoSQL document models, MongoDB Query Language (MQL), database performance tuning, scalability strategies, and ETL/data migration processes.

The role requires deep technical expertise in both MongoDB and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), preferably PostgreSQL, to build highly available, scalable, and high- performance database solutions that support mission-critical business applications. The successful candidate will work closely with application developers, architects, and DevOps teams to design effective database architecture, optimize queries, implement indexing strategies, automate data migration pipelines, and ensure database reliability, security, and scalability across enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop,



and maintain scalable database solutions using MongoDB and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
- Develop and manage NoSQL document data models, ensuring efficient schema design aligned with application requirements and business needs.
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex MongoDB Query Language (MQL) queries, aggregation pipelines, and CRUD operations for high-performance data access.
- Design, implement, and optimize different types of MongoDB indexes, including Single Field, Compound, Multikey, Text, Geospatial, TTL, Sparse, Partial, and Hashed indexes to improve query performance.
- Analyze query execution plans and continuously optimize database performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing performance tuning strategies.
- Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines, batch processing workflows, and automated data migration solutions for seamless movement of data across multiple systems.
