EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of6+ years related experience; multi-dimensional platform experience; expert level experience with business and technical applications, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- SQL database and/or multi languages are strongly preferred.
- Experience mentoring others, leading multiple small projects and providing troubleshooting support is preferred.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong understanding of data visualization is the best practices and design principles.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with data modeling, data blending,



and performance optimization within Tableau.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to derive insights from data.
- Robust communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) packages using SSIS.
- Strong SQL skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of error handling, logging, and package deployment strategies in SSIS.
- Experience with report parameters, expressions, and formatting.
- Knowledge of report deployment, subscription management, and security in SSRS
