for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Consultant to join our
team of Plativites. In this role, you will design and deliver scalable
Salesforce solutions by translating complex business needs into impactful
implementations. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, driving
adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce solutions
while leveraging contemporary AI technologies and integrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
* Collaborate with clients to improve business performance and outcomes using
the Salesforce platform.
* Serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce best practices, digital
transformation initiatives, and AI-driven customer engagement strategies
using Agentforce.
TRUSTED ADVISOR
* Recommend Salesforce features and enhancements while proactively addressing
technical and functional challenges.
* Advise clients on the adoption of Agentforce, AI-powered workflows, and
integrations with external AI platforms such as Claude and Gemini.
DISCOVERY & REQUIREMENTS
* Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather, analyze, and refine business
requirements into clear deliverables and user stories.
* Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
Agentforce, and AI-driven automation to improve business processes.
SOLUTION DESIGN
* Define solution architecture, document workflows and use cases, and support
build vs. buy decisions for integrations and third-party applications.
* Design scalable integration architectures between Salesforce and external
platforms, including AI/LLM services such as Claude and Gemini.
* Evaluate and recommend declarative versus programmatic solutions using Flows,
Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
SCOPE & PLANNING
* Define project scope aligned with business objectives and provide accurate
estimations for timelines and budgets.
