Come join Loti AI in our office Vadodara Loti is growing and is looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder and CTO and do whatever is necessary to keep the entire company happy, productive and growing the business.
Provide administrative support to Loti’s senior executives. Represent the Executive Offices with poise, grace and utmost professionalism.
Partner with Loti’s EA in the US (Pacific time zone), customers, employees, and management team all over the world. Manage scheduling of Board meetings, customer meetings, executive staff meetings, off-sites, dinners, events, and speaking engagements.
Ensure that all logistics are handled including facilities, A/V, security and catering requirements with focus on productive time management.
Manage demanding calendars involving participants from various departments/functional groups and geographic locations/time zones with tact and judgment
Plan and book travel and has the foresight to think through all of the logistics
Perform special projects and research assignments as time allows and required

Required Qualifications
BA/BS, or equivalent job experience.
Organized, punctual, excellent attention to detail and ability to commute into our Vadodara office daily.
3+ years’ experience performing executive administrative support and general office management duties ideally in fast paced, results driven technology companies.
Deep knowledge of international travel logistics management, including obtaining travel visas.
Proficient, savvy and enthusiastic user of technology, ideally both Macintosh and PC, smart phones/mobile devices as well as MS Office applications, Google and other cloud based
