Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources function across a range of activities, including recruitment coordination, policy documentation, employee communications, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in end-to-end HR practices within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for open roles

Support the drafting of job descriptions, offer letters, and onboarding materials

Help maintain and update employee records, attendance,



and leave trackers

Contribute to internal communications, including announcements and policy rollouts

Support employer branding initiatives, including content for social media and recruitment campaigns

Assist with HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies

Coordinate logistics for interviews, onboarding sessions, and HR events

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and organizational ability

Comfortable working with tools such as MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with HRMS platforms is a plus

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
