MARS Cosmetics is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Retail HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a rapid-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations while gaining practical industry experience.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews for retail hiring.
Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities as required.
