Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for networking with Channel Partners/ Brokers and activate them to source clients for the residential project which you are handling.

2. Managing valuable relationships with the channel partners and train them to source more clients to generate business.

3. Carry a Site Visit and Sales target for the project/s that you are responsible for.

4. Receive invoices/bills from channel partners and liaison with accounts team to get the bills processed on time.

5. Share projections to the Project Site Head everyday and meet the Site Visit and Sales target for the channel.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Someone who have done CP management and Sourcing for at least 2 years.

2. Knowledge about residential real estate sales.

3. Must be willing to spend 7-8 hours of the day on field.

4. Someone who is driven and target minded with a hunger to earn incentive.

5. Someone who can join us in the next 15 days.
