Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Draft and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Implement sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job fairs, referrals, networking).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with explicit communication and timely feedback.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support hiring decisions.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire).

Employee Engagement
- Design and execute engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
- Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and focus groups to capture employee insights.
- Organize recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain transparent communication between HR, leadership,



and employees.

HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee on boarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with internships may be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
