Role & responsibilities

1. Make sure that all the machines are performing at optimum level as per machine's target capacity (no loss due to machine condition).

2. To prepare preventive/ predictive maintenance plan and execute to reduce/ eliminate breakdown of all the machines and related equipment.

3. Ensure optimum stock of critical spare parts/ consumables and maintain the stock level.

1) Circulate and follow the daily preventive maintenance checklist.

2) Support Predictive maintenance activity.

3) Input for machine break down analysis.

4) Repairing of machines whenever break down occurs as per information received from Maintenance incharge.

5) Conducting regular maintenance activity.

6) Prepare of service and machine installation report.

7) Maintain and Update history card of machine.

8) Provide Work Instruction for Machine Operating and Cleanliness.

9) Preventive and predictive maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile

1). Graduate or Diploma.

2). To prepare preventive/ predictive maintenance plan and execute to reduce/ eliminate breakdown of all the machines and related equipment.
