Role & responsibilities

1. Measurements at site.
2. Provide Measurement in required format.
3. Share measurement and format from site and take approval before leaving from site.
4.Present on current execution sites always.
5. Check complete material from BOM and available material at site with quantities. If there is any shortage/ Missing please report to immediate senior on first day.
6. Daily work execution report need to share in evening.
7. Daily site document formalities like attendance sheet, work permit, entry pass etc.
8. Need to share the pictures of site before starting of any job and after completion of job ( such as if need to installed first share the pictures of area of application & frame and then share the pictures after installation).
9.If any material or document couriered from office then has to pick from nearest courier destination.
10. Inform immediate senior 3 days before completion of site so handover can arranged.
11.Has to discuss with officer on queries raised by him for executed work.

Arrange and manage necessary local manpower to complete civil work (e.g., mounting structure installation, base preparation) before solar panel installation.
13. dealing with discom for net metering process as well as to client.
14. Liasoning with local authorities or officers as required for project permissions or coordination.
15. Carry out complete wiring, earthing and electrical installation for solar systems.
16. Lead a team of 10 people to complete the task on time.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Willing to stay at site from 1 day to 60days.
2. Travel friendly in buses & Train.
3. Strong Measurement and calculation skills.
4. Good Knowledge of read and interpret drawings.
5. Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
6. Must be proactive, responsible, and result-oriented.
7. Communication skill must be valuable
