Role Overview

The Business Head will lead this initiative as a separate business and impact unit, responsible for scaling learner adoption, shaping high-impact learning offerings, and delivering measurable employment outcomes.

This role will work closely with central teams to:
- Define learner needs and priority segments
- Shape course portfolio and learning journeys
- Ensure high engagement, completion, and job-linked outcomes

The role requires robust ownership in a matrixed environment, with accountability for results without direct control over all resources.

Key Responsibilities

*Strategy & Positioning*
- Define the org's target segments and priority sectors
- Position offerings to address employability and livelihood outcomes




- Continuously refine strategy based on market and ecosystem feedback

*Learning Offerings & Experience*
- Shape course portfolio and program design aligned to market needs
- Provide direction on learning journeys (modular, stackable, job-linked)
- Work with Product & Content teams to ensure high-quality, engaging learning experiences

*Distribution & Scale*
- Drive large-scale learner adoption across India, especially Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets
- Build and scale distribution through Government partnerships, Institutions (ITIs, colleges, training partners), NGOs and ecosystem organizations

*Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement*
- Build and manage partnerships with employers for hiring linkages, Industry bodies and sector organizations and Government platforms and skilling ecosystems
- Ensure strong alignment between training and job market needs

- Own key performance metrics:
