Role & responsibilities
- The Head Interior Designer will manage all aspects of interior design projects, including conceptual development, communication with clients, project coordination, and team leadership. This role requires a strong eye for detail, creativity, and an ability to translate client visions into reality.
- Lead and mentor the design team to produce high-quality interior design projects.
- Develop and present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, and other professionals to bring design concepts to life.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new ideas into design practices.




- Review and approve design work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Edit and refine designs based on client feedback and project constraints.
- Facilitate client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design intentions.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skill Set
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max and other design programs

Relevant Industry
- Architectural

Technical / Qualified
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
