Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced
*Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist (Shopify | A/B Testing)*
to optimize the end-to-end online customer journey and maximize e-commerce sales performance. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with a strong understanding of user behavior, conversion psychology, and data-driven experimentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying conversion bottlenecks, improving website performance, designing and executing A/B tests, and collaborating with SEO and social media specialists to deliver a unified digital growth strategy. You must have hands-on experience optimizing Shopify or similar e-commerce stores and can confidently translate analytics into measurable revenue improvements.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, adaptable during client business hours | Springwood, NSW (AEST/AEDT) | Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

*Conversion Rate Optimization*
- Conduct comprehensive audits of the entire e-commerce website to identify user experience issues and conversion barriers




- Analyze the complete customer journey from initial advertisement click through completed purchase
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through UX, messaging, page structure, and funnel optimization
- Continuously optimize product pages, category pages, landing pages, and checkout experiences

*Landing Page & Funnel Optimization*
- Develop and optimize high-converting landing pages tailored to advertising campaigns and product promotions
- Improve ad-to-purchase pathways to maximize return on advertising spend
- Optimize checkout processes to reduce cart abandonment and improve purchase completion rates
- Implement email capture mechanisms and lead generation strategies throughout the customer journey

*A/B Testing & Experimentation*
- Design, execute, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests across key website elements
- Test headlines, product layouts, calls-to-action, pricing
