As a
Program Manager
, you drive multiple programs reaching beyond your immediate team and organization. You proactively identify, organize, and drive program activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. You scope, phase, and drive ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. You have advanced knowledge of the domain of your program.

Responsibilities includ

-Across multiple teams, independently define, drive, and own program charter(s) that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs.



Translate ambiguous program goals into clear and measurable objectives/milestones. Determine the effective level of program management required of an initiative. Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases aligned to the needs of stakeholders, includes: risks/dependencies and support proactive identification of program constraint
- Independently determine program phasing and metrics that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship. Optimize regular checkpoints and metrics dashboards. Ensure stakeholders are aligned on rationale for program pivots.
- Independently design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications. Articulately represent the program across touchpoints.
