Role Description
The Brand Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy across all channels. This role involves overseeing brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals. The Brand Director will collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to plan and implement brand and market initiatives, including campaigns, content, and partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding market research efforts, analyzing brand performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and refining strategies based on data and feedback. The role also entails managing external agencies or vendors, maintaining brand guidelines, and supporting internal stakeholders in effective brand communication.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Management, with the ability to define and evolve brand positioning and identity.




- Solid skills in Brand Marketing and Market Planning to design and implement integrated brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Experience in Market Research, including analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitors to inform brand decisions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, collaborating across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and consistency.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven businesses is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Track record of leading brand initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
