Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, lead the store team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to achieve sales and operational targets while maintaining high standards of efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Coordinate inward and outward material movement.
- Maintain proper documentation of receipts, dispatches, and stock records.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Ensure timely procurement coordination with purchase and production departments.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Minimize stock losses through effective inventory control.
- Ensure proper storage, handling,



and preservation of materials.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments.
- Implement continuous improvements in warehouse and store processes.
