About the Role:

Real Estate Survey & Business Development Executive
to identify, source, and
maintain commercial property inventory across Gurugram
and support residential property sourcing in South Delhi. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive fieldwork, building relationships with property owners and brokers, and generating quality inventory for leasing and sale mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Survey & Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular field surveys to identify commercial properties available for leasing and sale.
- Meet property owners, landlords, brokers, and channel partners to source new property inventory.
- Collect and verify property details including area, pricing, availability, specifications, and ownership information.




- Capture property photographs, videos, and relevant market intelligence.
- Maintain and regularly update the company's property inventory database.

Business Development:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with property owners, brokers, and local market stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and field activities.
- Source exclusive and off-market commercial properties.
- Assist the sales and leasing team with accurate inventory and market information.
- Track market trends, rentals, vacancy levels, and competitor activity.

Residential Property Support:
- Support residential property sourcing activities in South Delhi as and when required.
- Coordinate with property owners and channel partners for residential inventory acquisition.
