This role offers the prospect to manage strategic IT procurement activities and support technology operations through effective vendor and asset management.

You will coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and lifecycle management of IT hardware, software, licenses, and services.

The position requires strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with global stakeholders.

You will contribute to cost optimization, operational efficiency, and technology initiatives by ensuring accurate procurement processes.

The role provides exposure to global vendors, enterprise IT environments, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, and technical teams.

You will play a key role in improving procurement performance, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting business technology objectives.

Accountabilities
The Executive PSAM will be responsible for managing IT procurement operations,



vendor relationships, and asset processes while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, software, licenses, cloud services, and maintenance contracts.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate with, and onboard IT vendors and service providers to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to understand technical needs, demand forecasts, and upcoming procurement requirements.
- Coordinate purchase orders, vendor communications, deliveries, renewals, and asset lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor information, and purchasing data through tracking tools and management systems.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and value improvement initiatives within IT procurement activities.
- Register and maintain newly acquired IT assets, including laptops, desktops, mobile device
