MANDATORY- KRAs and Key Activities

KRA 1 SFDC adoption/volume/conversion

-Visit to customers & influencers as per Journey cycle plan

-Achieving Conversion target of 100 MT/25 customers per month

KRA 2 Technical meets achievement
- Number of meets as per plan
- Quality of meets

KRA 3 Complaint redressal

-Achieve timely resolution of customer complaints ( 3.5 days)

-Retention of customers who are complainants

KRA 4 Loyalty program
- No of Masons to be registered
- No of ELP points to be added

KRA5 Product approval
- Product approval from Government departments & key projects
