Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support:
Assist users via calls, email, and live chat regarding their Mint Money accounts, services, and queries.
- Problem Solving:
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
- Feedback Loop:
Document recurring customer pain points and share insights with the product and operations teams.
- Engagement:
Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone to build customer trust.

What We Are Looking For




- Freshers or undergraduates pursuing any degree (Finance, Commerce, or Communication background is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English & Hindi
.
- Active listening skills with a patient, customer-first attitude.
- Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and financial products (preferred, not mandatory).
