Regional Manager Dealer Development & Business Expansion (Pan India)

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-driven Regional Manager to strengthen our nationwide dealer network and promote our premium interior products across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel extensively across India to identify, appoint, and develop dealers and distributors.
- Promote our brand and product range to dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and institutional clients.
- Generate business opportunities in the Education, Healthcare, Information Technology (IT), Commercial, Hospitality, Sports Flooring, and Institutional sectors.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, dealer meetings, and market development activities.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and submit regular reports.

Desired Candidate Profile




- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in channel sales, dealer development, or business development, preferably in interior products, building materials, flooring, laminates, wall panels, ceilings, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
