About the Role

We're looking for a
Junior Performance Marketing Manager
who has hands-on experience running
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
for
D2C eCommerce brands
.

This is an execution-focused role where you'll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns to maximize ROAS and scale profitable brands.

Responsibilities
- Manage Meta ad accounts for multiple eCommerce brands.
- Launch and optimize campaigns for purchases and conversions.
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Coordinate with creative and copy teams to test new ad creatives.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and scaling strategies.

Requirements




- 1–2 years of experience managing Meta Ads.
- Experience working with eCommerce brands is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of campaign structure, pixel, events, and tracking.
- Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
