Role Purpose

Drives civil labour daily on site, translating the execution plan into on-ground progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day civil skilled (payroll) and unskilled (subcontracted) labour.
- Ensure daily work is executed per drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
- Track daily progress and report to the Senior Site Engineer (Civil).
- Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance on a live hospital site.
- Support material handling and tool readiness at the workface.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent hands-on site experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience supervising civil site labour.
- Healthcare or hospital site experience a plus.

Key Skills

Labour supervision, reading drawings, on-ground problem solving.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
