Roles and Responsibilities
- Doctor Outreach & Relationship Management: Identify, visit, and onboard local doctors, specialists, nursing homes, and clinics. Maintain regular engagement (monthly visits) to build trust and ensure a consistent referral pipeline.
- Neighborhood Engagement: Organize community events, health fairs, and screenings in housing societies, schools, and with local organizations to increase visibility.
- Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly/quarterly referral and revenue targets.
- Liaison Duties: Act as the key liaison between referral doctors and the hospital to ensure a smooth referral experience.
- Data Management & Analysis: Track referral performance using CRM tools, monitor trends, and prepare reports on referral volumes and ROI.
- Promotion: Distribute marketing materials (brochures, leaflets) about hospital services, current technology, and key specialists.
2. Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Experience: 16 years of experience in healthcare marketing, or hospital business development.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge: Strong geographic knowledge of the city and local healthcare ecosystem.
