Job Summary

Designs intuitive and scalable user experiences across platform and app products by visualizing user journeys, building design systems, and ensuring consistency and usability throughout product lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for platform and B2C products
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Conduct design reviews to ensure usability, consistency, and visual quality
- Define UX strategies from planning to execution stages
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders for design alignment
- Continuously improve product experience based on feedback and usage

Mandatory Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Product/UX Design
- Solid portfolio demonstrating structured and logical design thinking
- Expertise in design systems and component-based architecture
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
- Strong communication and feedback-handling skills
