About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Senior Admission Counselor
to join its admissions team. The ideal candidate should have experience in
EdTech sales or academic counselling
, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about helping learners choose the right career programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners through calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle the complete admission process from lead qualification to enrollment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective learners and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build trust and provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, financing options,



and career outcomes.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the admission journey.

Required Skills
- Solid sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective students.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven sales track record.
- Good objection-handling and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2+ years of experience in EdTech sales, admission counselling, or education consulting is mandatory.
- Experience in inside sales or telesales is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
