About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales growth and lead high-performing sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling ServiceNow solutions/services or enterprise IT SaaS products and services, managing strategic customer relationships, and leading sales teams to consistently achieve business objectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong consultative selling skills, experience in managing key accounts, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Lead, mentor,



and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve business goals.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to develop winning customer solutions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM and other sales management tools.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and business updates to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in ServiceNow solutions/services or IT SaaS products/services.
- Proven experience in achieving revenue targets and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
