Vehicle Hardware Support
- Diagnose hardwarelinked failures in connected vehicles:TCU resets, signal loss, OTA download/flash failures, CAN/OBD anomalies, power and cellular issues.
- Analyze OBD logs, UART logs, TCU dumps, and telematics traces; prepare preRCA data packs with VIN and scenario traceability.
- Validate issues on bench setups (HIL/SIL where applicable) and document clear reproducibility steps.
- Support OTA trials and regression checks for hardwaredependent features; verify preconditions and rollback safety.
- Maintain diagnostic toolkits, triage checklists, and versioned playbooks; close feedback loops with field teams.

App Cloud Support
- Investigate issues related to customer and dealer mobile applications: login, pairing, feature activation, notifications, and telematics data sync.
- Analyze appcloudvehicle data flow to isolate faults quickly and ensure correct ticket routing with minimal handoffs.
- Reproduce defects on Android and iOS test devices, collect logs, and upload complete evidence with timestamps.
- Coordinate with cloud, app,



and vehicle engineering teams for crossdomain failures.
- Maintain compatibility matrices across app versions, backend builds, and vehicle software.
- Support app and OTA feature launches, rollout documentation, and regression monitoring; validate endtoend customer journeys.

Required Skills Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of automotive electronics: CAN, LIN, ECUs, TCUs, OBD diagnostics, and physical layers (power, RF).
- Experience with CANalyzer, TCU logging tools, and interpretation of DTCs and CAN frames.
- Knowledge of SDV and OTA workflows, update preconditions, and rollback safety.
- Positive understanding of Android iOS application flows, session handling, and permissions.
- Handson experience with API debugging tools (Postman, Charles Proxy) and mobile log collection.
