Role Description
:

The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for managing and expanding sales within the assigned territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmaceutical and packaging clients. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting with customers, presenting product solutions, negotiating terms,



and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on product availability, delivery timelines, and after-sales support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The Territory Sales Manager also monitors market trends, prepares sales reports, and participates in training and product updates to stay informed and competitive.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly and build lasting client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive territory growth, manage pipelines, and achieve or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, address concerns, and maintain high client satisfaction.
