HyreSpot HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Trainer to develop the capabilities of our sales workforce across South India. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating sales training programmes that enhance product knowledge, selling skills, leadership capabilities, and overall business performance.

This role requires a passionate trainer who enjoys coaching people, travelling across multiple locations, and helping sales professionals achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes for employees across various business functions.
- Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for newly hired sales professionals.
- Train and coach Area Sales Managers, District Sales Managers,



Sales Executives, Business Development Executives, and other field sales personnel.
- Improve sales effectiveness through practical coaching on consultative selling, negotiation, customer engagement, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Deliver product knowledge, process orientation, and behavioural skills training.
- Identify skill gaps through field visits, performance reviews, assessments, and discussions with business leaders.
- Organise classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programmes across the South India region.
- Evaluate training outcomes using participant feedback, assessments, field observations, and business performance indicators.
- Develop training manuals, presentations, learning materials, and facilitator guides.
- Prepare training schedules, attendance records, progress reports, and monthly learning calendars.
