Job Objective:

Effectively keep running work ongoing on top of keeping detailed records of work juggling multiple work and handling delegation, valuable judgment and maintain 5S safety at the working premises.

Job Description:

1. Perform the QA Operations as per the following Avaada Quality Policy, PQA Policies and Procedures:

a. Responsible for Proper maintenance of machine

b. Maintain 5S in work area.

c. Maintain discipline Organization Policy.

d. Awareness about Module criteria Specification of Module.

2. Operational Process: -

a. Day?s Planning:

b. Properly fill machine check sheet.

c. Use PPE.

d. Sr. Engineer/Engineer FQA related Grievances

Work Experience:

2 to 4 Years

Qualification Certification Required:

Engineering Diploma.

Knowledge, Skills, Technology Platform:

? Basic Knowledge of Word Excel.





? Basic knowledge Machine operation

KRA KPI:

1. People processes Operational

a. Absenteeism%

b. Discipline, Punctuality in the premises.

c. Assessment Performance%.

? Arrive at Plant 5 minutes before shift time.

? Take Shift handover.

? Maintain 5s at station.

? Follow WIs.

? Make and check the modules.
