Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team working on cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
The role combines technical leadership with people management and requires strong expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, software engineering, and platform operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Software, DevOps, and DataOps Engineers.
- Drive architecture and technical decisions.
- Design and operate cloud-native services and distributed systems.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Manage Kubernetes-based environments.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders.
- Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Lead incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 8+ years- 15 Years experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps or related areas.
- 2+ years experience managing engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container technologies.
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
- Experience building cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
- CI/CD, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps and ArgoCD.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
