Job Title: CRM Executive – Real Estate

About the Role:
We are looking for a CRM Executive with experience in the real estate industry to manage client relationships, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the customer journey.
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication (calls, emails, CRM software).
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Resolve client queries and provide timely updates.
- Support post-sales follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.





Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM within the real estate sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and real estate processes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
