Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Foreign Remittance Executive to manage foreign vendor accounting, overseas payment processing, and remittance documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, foreign remittances, vendor reconciliations.The role requires close coordination with vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of international payments.

Key Responsibilities1. Foreign Vendor Accounting
- Book and account for foreign vendor invoices in the ERP system.
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
- Account for foreign currency transactions and exchange rate differences, where applicable.

2. Invoice Documentation
- Verify foreign vendor invoices for completeness and accuracy.
- Arrange, file, and maintain invoices along with all supporting documents.




- Ensure proper documentation is available for internal, statutory, and bank audits.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic records for easy retrieval.

3. Vendor Reconciliation
- Perform periodic reconciliation of foreign vendor accounts.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding balances and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment-related issues.
- Obtain vendor balance confirmations as required.

4. Overseas Payment Documentation
- Prepare, verify, and maintain all mandatory documents required for overseas remittances.
- Ensure availability of supporting documents including:
- Commercial Invoices
- Tax Residency Certificate (TRC)
- KYC Documents
- Agreements/Contracts
- Declarations
- Air Waybill (AWB)
- Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Any additional documents required by banks or regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with banks for smooth processing of international payments.
